House rules
Last read through: this season on air.
These are the house rules for AIRWAVE. Booking a station, taking a duo desk or shutting the door on a stream booth means you're happy to run by them. Nothing here is a trap — it's the same easy courtesy that keeps twenty-eight seats and three booths humming through the night for everyone tuned in.
Hours & booking
Doors open at 12:00 daily. Monday to Thursday the hall runs till 02:00; Friday to Sunday we carry through to 06:00. Reserve ahead through the form on the front page or walk in when there's room. There are only three booths, so weekends fill early — book those in advance. Plans change? Tell us before your window starts and we'll release the spot. You only ever pay for time on a station, so a cancelled booking costs nothing but the heads-up.
The floor & the gear
- Sign in to your own game and streaming accounts; the station wipes your profiles when you leave.
- Treat the mic, capture card and key light like they're yours for the hour — report a fault at the desk, don't wrestle it.
- Bring your own headset or peripherals if you like, plug into the front ports, and take them home with you.
- Leave the booth foam, boom arm and board where they are for the next voice on air.
Conduct on the floor
Keep it kind for your neighbours. In the main hall it's headsets on for anything loud and voices low — the booths exist so noise stays sealed behind a door. What you stream from a booth is on your own channel and under your own name; AIRWAVE hosts the room and nothing more. Keep it lawful and keep it decent. Competitive nights here are about points and personal best times, never money on the line. There is no wagering of any kind at AIRWAVE, and anyone trying to arrange it will be asked to leave.
Food, drink & the booths
Lidded drinks are welcome at any seat. Light snacks belong at the desks; anything messier is better kept away from the gear so the boards stay clean. A booth is a small sealed room, not a stage — one booking, one voice at a time, and please don't crank a speaker inside where the mic will only catch feedback. First time streaming? Flag down the night admin and we'll help you set up before you light the board.
Liability
We keep the stations tuned and the room in good order, but you play at your own comfort. Look after your belongings — the club isn't responsible for personal items left on the floor. We may update these rules as the club grows and the schedule shifts; the current version always lives right here on this frequency.
